Dr. Berkley Baker

Dr. Berkley Baker is the Founder and CEO of CIMI Solutions, where he helps organizations close the gap between innovation and performance. With more than twenty years of experience in sales, leadership development, organizational change, and innovation adoption, he has advised executive teams across healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and professional services industries.

 

Throughout his career, Berkley has worked with more than 100 leadership teams and developed leaders in roles spanning sales, marketing, operations, engineering, finance, and human resources. His work is grounded in both practical experience and research, leading to the development of the CFOSS® Framework, the Innovation Adoption Pathway™, and the Align2Performance Model™—methodologies designed to help organizations turn new ideas into measurable results.

 

In addition to his consulting work, Berkley serves as a Professor of Practice in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Georgia State University's Robinson College of Business and as a startup advisor for Georgia Tech's Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC), where he has coached dozens of emerging technology companies. A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, he holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a doctorate in business from Georgia State University.
